Welcome to the UKIM Midlands Summer Family Camp — a spiritually enriching weekend by the sea designed for families, youth, and individuals to come together in a joyful, faith-based environment. This camp promotes Islamic values, strengthens community ties, and provides dedicated time for reflection, learning and bonding.

📝 Important Information Before Booking

🎟️ 1. Booking Instructions

• Please book one ticket per person (including children aged 6+).

• Children under 5 years attend for free. They will share sleeping space with their parents – no extra beds provided.

• For combined family or group bookings, please contact the organisers before booking to ensure proper arrangements.

• Child Discount with Bigger Rooms  (for children over 5 years of age)

💳 2. Payments & Refund Policy

• All prices are standard – no discounts or financial assistance are available.

• Payments are made in full at the time of booking via the secure Ticket Tailor platform.

• Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially in emergency situations. Please email the organisers with your request.

🚍 3. Transport Arrangements

• Transport is not included in the ticket price.

• If you need transport, please contact your local UKIM branch. If you are not part of any branch, contact the nearest branch to you — they will assist you in making travel arrangements.

🏡 4. Site Facilities & Accommodation

• Families will be allocated accommodation based on size and availability.

• Toilets and showers are mostly communal. However, accessibility and segregation arrangements will be made for brothers and sisters wherever possible.

• Some sports and on-site activities may carry additional charges, as determined by the facility provider. If you wish to participate, please inform us in advance so we can arrange trainers or staff.

📹 5. Media & Filming

• Videography and filming are only allowed after seeking prior approval from the organisers. Respecting the privacy and comfort of all attendees is a priority.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 6. Parental Responsibility & Child Supervision

• Parents are fully responsible for their children under 16 at all times.

• Do not allow children to leave the site unless they are under the supervision of an official camp activity or with an authorised organiser.

🍽️ 7. Meals & Allergies

• Meals will be provided from Saturday evening through Sunday lunch.

• Vegetarian meals are only available upon prior request.

• If you or a family member have any allergies, please inform us in advance to ensure we can make appropriate arrangements.

🤝 8. Islamic Spirit & Community Values

This gathering is a faith-based, modest, and respectful environment. We ask that all attendees uphold the following:

• Dress and behave in accordance with Islamic values.

• Honour and maintain gender segregation in all designated areas and activities.

• Show respect to elders, and allow them priority where needed.

• Encourage youth participation in spiritual, educational and fun sessions.

• Join the congregational prayers and spiritual sessions during the camp.
